​Room Reservations Process for Earth System Department Faculty, Staff & Students: 

• First check the 25live online calendar for up-to-date availability to reserve instructional, meeting, and event spaces in the Y2E2 Building, the Science and Engineering Quad (SEQ) and other Registrar owned rooms.
• FOR ESS department requests only...send an email to Maureen Sullivan to reserve non-course related rooms.   Course and course related rooms are scheduled by Vanessa Bravo.  In your request include room, number of people, start and end time.
