Saint Michael Trio featuring Robin Sharp, violin: Delineating Dvořák

Russell Hancock, Michel Flexer, and Department of Music Lecturer Robin Sharp, violin, are the Saint Michael Trio. The genius of Czech master Antonín Dvořák is explored in this “informance” utilizing slides, demonstrations, and extensive commentary. Dvořák's Piano Trio No. 3 in F minor, Op. 65, will be featured.

Daniel Pearl World Music Days Concert

Stanford musicians, including members of the St. Lawrence String Quartet, curate this annual free concert honoring the life and memory of alumnus Daniel Pearl, the violin-playing Wall Street Journal reporter who was murdered in 2002 in Pakistan. The event is presented in partnership with the Office for Religious Life and Music at Stanford.
