Job Board

The Stanford GSB job board is a free and efficient way for employers to promote opportunities for Stanford MBA students, Sloan Fellows, and alumni.

First-Time User

To post a job, begin by setting up an “Employer” account. Log in to CareerHub and click Sign Up. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your employer profile.

Once you have set up your account, you will see the employer landing page.

  • In the center box, find Post a Job; click + Post.
  • You can apply your profile information by clicking Use My Information in the Primary Job Contact box. Otherwise, enter new contact information for the primary job contact.
  • Complete the form with all the required information about the job.
  • Once the job is submitted, it is sent to the job board administrator for approval. An email is sent when approved.

Guidelines for Posting

Your job is stored in our database, so you may edit or repost an expired posting. For questions about compensation, read our latest Employment Report.

If you are seeking to hire roles that do not require MBA-level experience, including roles that might require other graduate degrees, please post to the Stanford University job board.

“Student Group” refers to the student class(es) you wish to post to. If you’re posting: Summer internships, select MBA1s, Post-GSB positions, select MBA2s, MSx, and/or Alumni. For positions requiring experienced professionals, we suggest selecting MSx and Alumni.

For Executive Search Firms

The name and a brief description of the company for which you are recruiting must be included in the company description field. If the search is highly confidential, a description of the company, including industry and size, is still required. If insufficient company information is provided, we will be unable to approve the posting. When entering your firm’s name, add the descriptor “(search firm)” immediately after. For example Spencer Stuart (search firm).
