Full-Time Positions & Paid Summer Internships

All Organizations

Whether you are an established company, an entrepreneurial venture, or a mission-driven organization, you can benefit from MBA and MSx students’ principled leadership, global perspective, and innovative spirit.

Summer Internships with Mentoring

For eligible organizations willing to offer structured mentorship during an eight- to ten-week summer internship, Stanford GSB may be able to partially fund the opportunity.

Early-Stage Startups

ESP approved organizations assign an internal industry expert or entrepreneur with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience to mentor the student weekly throughout the summer. Get pre-approved or apply once you identify a student.

Nonprofit & Social Impact

The SMIF selection process is rigorous. Organizations must demonstrate reliance on philanthropic capital, offer a mission-critical project, and mentor the student throughout the summer. Governmental organizations are also eligible.

Experiential Summer Projects

Non-U.S. Organizations

GMIX is a short-term project that provides students with a global experience in a country that is new to them with a structured mentorship from a senior executive. Sponsor organizations leverage MBA students’ skills and knowledge to execute a significant project in a relatively short time frame.
