Main content start
We are excited to introduce a new and improved student payment system in the Autumn term 2021 that is designed with you in mind. Here are some important things to know and actions you will need to take.
What’s New
- A clear and easy to understand dynamic balance and due date
- Anticipated aid, such as financial aid and graduate funding support, is automatically deducted from the balance due amount
- All charges, credits, payments, and refunds in a single place for current and prior terms
- An easy way to add authorized users, such as parents and other family members, on your student financial account so they can make payments on your behalf
- The option to easily view all your account activity, and print term and date-range statements
- The retirement of “ePay” as the name of Stanford’s student payment system, and introduction of “My Bill” or “View & Pay My Bill” references
Monthly Bills
- While the majority of the quarterly charges typically post to the first bill of the quarter, new charges may accrue and are billed monthly.
- Monthly bills typically post on the 25th and are due the 20th of the following month.
- For more details, see Billing Dates and Deadlines.
