Tracey is head of securities in the Midwest, Canada, and the Southern Region responsible for managing the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC), and Equities businesses.
She is a member of the Securities Division ExecComm and the Partnership Committee. Tracey also serves as the Americas Securities Division Recruiting Champion.
Tracey joined Goldman Sachs in 1995 as an associate in FICC. She was named managing director in 2005 and partner in 2010.
Prior to joining the firm, Tracey worked as an investment banking analyst at Salomon Brothers Inc.
Tracey serves on the boards of the Chicago Children’s Choir and Lincoln Park Zoo as well as the Chicago boards of the Positive Coaching Alliance and Year Up. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the Chicago Network, the Stanford GSB Advisory Council, Northwestern University’s Advisory Committee on Investment Responsibility, and the N Club.
Tracey earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1995 and a BA, with honors, in mathematical methods and economics from Northwestern University in 1991.
