Wellsbury Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students and couples without children. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom units. Couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom units. Both options are furnished by the University.
Wellsbury Apartment Homes, located in Midtown Palo Alto, is a 30-unit complex with a sparkling pool, built-in barbeque, fire pit, meandering walkways, and beautiful landscaping. Apartment features include stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans. Wellsbury is within walking distance to a large grocery store and many smaller shops and restaurants.
Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
