Music 175 students, please note: 

The Music Library and Archive of Recorded Sound are open to the public; registration is not required and there are no limits on number of visits per year.

Book and score volumes may be browsed in the stacks. A photocopier is available (15 cents/page). Printing from the computers is not available; however, you may email yourself pdf files of scores or articles found in any of our databases.

CSP students may be eligible for a borrower’s card.

You may access all Stanford-restricted databases using the Library’s computers.  This includes streaming audio, printable scores, encyclopedias, and periodical indexes. Computers use standard headphone jacks.

CDs, DVDs, and headphones may be used in-house; please bring an ID (e.g., driver’s license) to leave at the circulation desk.
