Stanford's staff compensation program is being completely redesigned, with standardized job descriptions to be available in an online library, new salary structures with midpoints, and career path tools. Stanford has a university-wide membership in this online tool, offered by the Corporate Leadership Council. All managers can request a free account online by using a ‘@stanford.edu’ email address to subscribe!
