Partners and Affiliates Program
We are pleased to work with organizations across all industry sectors where life and medical scientists are performing important work and making contributions. Through the Partners and Affiliates program, we offer customized opportunites to engage with the Stanford community and continaully strengthen university-industry relationships through the SoMCC.
Stimulate Awareness of Research Directions and Trends Across Industries and Fields
- Invited Lectures and Seminar Series Participation: by lending the expertise of founders and top leaders in their field, companies, agencies and firms have the opportunity to participate in the curricular activities of the SoMCC and the professional development of its trainees.
- Company Site Visits and Information Sessions: provide opportunities for you to present an overall picture of your industry, description of your organization, and factors that differentiate your organization from others in the sector.
Build and Strengthen Relationships with SoM Trainees
- Biomedical Bioscience Industry Expo: This spring recruiting event is an opportunity for representatives of the biotechnology industry to engage with School of Medicine trainees around career opportunities and the latest trends in medical and scientific research.
- Technology Connections and Networking Forums: the SoMCC hosts programs throughout the year for our partners, affiliates, and other external organizations to build inroads with our clinical and research community. These events facilitate the flow and exchange of ideas, technological initiatives, and research directions, and to foster potential partnerships. Previous events include:
