Students should apply to the coterm program no later than the quarter prior to the expected completion of the undergraudate degree (e.g. Winter quarter of Senior year prior to Spring quarter graduation). Applications for the coterminal program and to add an additional MS degree are accepted on a quarterly basis. All application materials must be received by the deadline corresponding to your proposed start quarter:

Decision Notification and Acceptance
Admission decisions will be distributed via e-mail approximately four (4) weeks after the application deadline.
For coterms: Admitted coterm students should communicate their response to the offer of admission by sending an e-mail to admissions@ee.stanford.edu no later than the deadline indicated in the acceptance letter.
For graduate students adding the MS: The department will approve the Axess petition for admitted students shortly after the decision is sent; you do not need to take any action to accept the offer of admission.
