Meeting Rooms

Request a meeting room

Requests for meeting room reservations are accepted and processed the last two weeks of each quarter for the subsequent quarter:

1. Fall requests may be submitted beginning September 1
2. Winter requests-- may be submitted beginning December 1
3. Spring requests-- may be submitted beginning March 1
4. Summer requests-- may be submitted beginning June 1

Also note:

• It is possible that one-time events may be scheduled up to one academic year in advance.
• All requests must be submitted at least a week ahead of the proposed meeting or event.
• We regret that we cannot accommodate weddings, rehearsals or receptions

The rooms available for reservation are as follows:

• Assembly Room
• Conference Room
• Living Room
• Kitchen [Note these guidelines for use]
• Back Lounge
• Classroom
• Post Room
• Terrace and courtyard (including barbecue/grill area)
