Report a connection problem
If you are unable to connect to an electronic resource (such as a database), there may be an issue with the way your browser is configured, or there may be a problem with the resource itself. Before reporting a problem, try these tests:
- Do current policies allow you access to licensed e-resources?
- Is your browser configured correctly?
If the answer to both is yes, and you still can't connect to the resource, report the problem below.
