Welcome to the beginning of another academic year and another year of Concierge Project events! The Concierge Project empowers all library staff to serve our users by informing them about the broad suite of services, resources, and facilities that the Library provides.

Kick-Off

This year, we’re initiating annual presentations from a selected library director, who will provide a top-level view of their service area. This  year’s Kick-Off presenter will be Matt Marostica, our Associate University Librarian for Public Services.

The presentation will be offered twice in the East Asia Library:

  • Wednesday, Oct 10, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm EAL 338
  • Thursday, Oct 11, 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm EAL 224 (This session will be video recorded.)

Please sign up for one of the sessions on Canvas. First, enroll in the Concierge Project's Canvas “course” if you haven’t done so yet. Then sign up for a session under the People > Groups tab.

Concierge Survey

We’d like to know your thoughts about the Concierge Project as we build out the program for the rest of the year! We’ve created a brief survey, which should take around 5 minutes to complete. Please consider completing the survey—even if you have not attended any Concierge sessions—to let us know how we can make the program better.

Here’s a link to the survey.
