Loan Periods

Books, monograph series volumes, maps, theses and technical reports:
 Faculty, Staff, graduate and doctoral students: Academic quarter
 Undergraduate students: 28 days
CDs & DVDs:
 Faculty, Staff, graduate and doctoral students: 7 days
 Undergraduate students: 7 days
Locked Stacks:
 Bound periodicals & other Limited Loans: 7 days for graduate students and faculty
Reserves:
 Four hours, unless otherwise noted

Interlibrary Borrowing

To request an item from another library, go to Interlibrary Borrowing and log in with your SUNet ID. (Note: there is a one-time registration required.)

Course Reserves

Find a reserve: Search the Course Reserves Catalog by Course ID or your instructor's name.

Request a resource to go on reserve: Use the online Reserves Request form to submit or edit a reserve list for your class or authorize someone else to edit the reserve list for your class. You may send e-mail requests to Carlin Otto, bring requests for reserves to her in person at Branner's Circulation Desk, or call her at 723-1231.
