Student Group Reimbursements

If you made a purchase for your group and need to be reimbursed, please sumbit the following information to your group's treasurer so that they can process your request via the ASSU Banking system.


1) Email your treasurer the following, so that they can complete the ASSU's SSE Capital Group Reimbursement Request Form:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Name of the vendor where the purchase was made
  • Amount to be reimbursed
  • Description of goods/services purchased and the purpose of the purchase


2) Write your full name on the original receipt(s) and submit them to your treasurer

3) The orginal receipt(s) will then be paperclipped to a printout of the ASSU's SSE Capital Group Reimbursement Request form and submitted to the ASSU on main campus (520 Lasuen Mall, Old Union Bldg, Room 103 - MAP)

Note that  if you want to get reimbursed asap, it is possible for you to submit the receipt(s) and the Reimbursement Request form yourself. Just coordinate this with your treasurer.

If you need to be reimbursed for conference travel, please complete the SMSA Conference Travel Reimbursement From. Submit all receipts or electronic itineraries and credit card statements showing proof of conference travel purchases to the SMSA Treasurer. Your request will be processed asap.
