Account Managers


Emmanuel Lazo

Account Manager

Emmanuel has twelve years of experience in the field of industrial supplies for construction and facilities maintenance, and he has partnered with Stanford through most of his time at Grainger and at Hilti. He believes that Grainger@Stanford is a singular partnership that exemplifies the best in branch services, inventory management, sustainable solutions and safety.

 


Tim Jones

Account Manager

Tim has worked for Grainger since 1996 and has held several positions within Grainger including: Customer Service Associate, Credit Analyst, Onsite Service Consultant (OSSC) and most recently Account Manager. Tim has served Stanford University since 2012 starting as the campus Onsite Service Consultant specializing in Inventory Management. In 2014, he was promoted to Government Account Manager covering Stanford Healthcare, Stanford University School of Medicine and Student Housing. Tim's mission is to further the partnership with Stanford to promote: safety initiatives, sustainability solutions and offer the best customer experience.

Henry Tran

Services Team Lead

Henry joined Grainger in 2007. He previously led the San Leandro and San Jose facilities before joining the operations at Stanford in 2014. Henry is dedicated to support Stanford with excellent service and to further develop the partnership between Stanford and Grainger. He also strives to provide his team with a positive work environment where they are empowered, able to grow and feel accomplished in the service they are able to provide.

 


Eddy Moeljono

Sales Associate

Eddy Joined the Grainger@Stanford branch in August 2013 as a Sales Associate. He has been with Grainger since June of 2003, starting as a Warehouse Associate, then as a Customer Service Associate working in different branches and gaining lots of experience. He enjoys working at the distinctive Grainger@Stanford branch, providing merchandise and services, while fulfilling Stanford University's unique product needs. Eddie also provides service for Stanford's Hospitals & Clinics. He loves to provide extraordinary and exceptional service for every customer.

 


Francisco Rodriguez

Sales Associate

Francisco began with Grainger in 2003. Most of his experience with Grainger has been spent in the distribution side of operations. He started as a part-time Inbound Unloader before becoming a full time Support Specialist at the San Jose Distribution Center. In 2011, Francisco was part of the San Francisco Distribution Center start-up working as a Flow Coordinator. In 2014, Francisco made the move to the Grainger@Stanford team as a Sales Associate. Francisco enjoys playing and watching sports, and most of all, family time with daughter Sadie and wife Carina.

 


Maria Hernandez

Customer Service Associate

Maria started at Grainger in 2011 as a part-time Customer Service Associate. Her experience includes sourcing, receiving, inventory and providing exceptional customer service to all her customers. 

 


Shane Dee

Customer Service Associate

Shane joined the Grainger team in September 2014 as a Customer Service Associate at the San Jose branch. There he gained knowledge of the industry and the many products that Grainger has to offer. After 7 months Shane was brought to the Stanford branch. Here, he has taken on new roles, such as KeepStock Inventory Management and being the primary contact for the Central Energy Facility. Joining the team has helped him become more familiar with Grainger and has allowed him to grow more as a professional.

 


Stacey Market

Sales Specialist

Stacey Market started her career at Grainger in 2005. She was an "order picker" for 2 years and moved into the role of Support Specialist in 2007. Stacey was successful in her role receiving numerous recognitions and awards for her passion and dedication while supporting customers and co-workers. In 2011 Stacey transferred to Grainger Distribution in Patterson California. Stacey was a Flow-Coordinator and her responsibility was to manage the work flow for the entire outbound operation. A year later Stacey transitioned to the supporting role helping out teams in Customer Service, Auditor, Flow-Co, Picking and Packing. In 2013 Stacey was offered a role at Grainger@Stanford supporting the sourcing process at the Grainger Branch. Because of her passion for Customer Services she accepted the role, departing after 8 years of experience with Outbound Operations. Stacey strives to support her customers and co-workers every day. Her goal is to provide the best service for all Stanford customers for many years to come. Outside of work Stacey enjoys hanging out with friends, family and spending time with her sweet dog Sierra. Stacey also enjoys playing soccer, softball, snowboarding and riding her motorcycle. She loves watching sports and supporting all the Bay Area teams.


Steven Magee

Sales Associate

Steven started his career with Grainger in 2008 and spent the majority of his first 7 years at the Stanford location. His current role with Grainger@Stanford is Sales Associate, but he has also dabbled as a Sales Specialist and spends half of each day in Receiving. Steven enjoys developing a professional relationship with his customers and is working towards the next stage in his career as an Account Manager

Innovations

Brice Klein
Innovation Intern

Brice is a Stanford student working towards his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering as a member of the class of 2016. He began working for Grainger in the summer of 2015 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at their downtown Chicago offices. He is continuing his Innovation work at Stanford through Grainger's on campus branch. Brice loves to be outside and take advantage of the diverse terrain the Bay Area has to offer.

Joe Page

Market Manager

Joe joined Grainger in 1990. In his 25 years, he has managed a variety of branches for Grainger and was part of the implementation of SAP and Customer Focused Quality System for the company. In his current role Joe oversees the Grainger@Stanford branch. He has a diverse knowledge of product, inventory, and logistics processes and systems such as Lean and 5S.
