About Innovation Services
The Innovation Services Department was born out of a desire to develop and implement new innovative, cost savings and creative ideas into the LBRE work environment. Finding new tecnologically efficient ways to manage and process timecards, work orders and the ever flowing data required to manage a large work force is no small task. Our goal has been to provide the best service to the Stanford community by constantly assesing our practices and procedures, to increase efficiency, study metrics, track data, and promote transparency in all we do. Jacob Herrera heads our Special Projects Department which is managed under Mike Rohrs. Below are some of the initiatives the Special Projects department have been working on and putting into action.

Meet Our Staff
Jacob Herrera
Jacob Herrera, Business Analyst, at Stanford University continuously provides strategic focus on Special Project initiatives for the Operations division of LBRE. With multiple years of experience, Jacob began working with Grainger, the main materials distributor on the Stanford campus; followed by serving as an Administrative Associate for the Plumbing Department of LBRE. His experience within the trades, led him to his current analyst position within LBRE Support Services. In this capacity, his proficiency in delivering quality projects has had a tremendous beneficial impact on the organization. He focuses on implementing streamlined business processes, as well as, integrating new technological practices to the organization. His compliance to work with these different departments in order to find suitable needs contributes to the continuous growth of LBRE Operations.
