Housing for the Guests of Graduating Seniors
R&DE Student Housing is offering limited on-campus lodging for the guests of graduating students! Rooms are available: Friday June 12, after 5:00 p.m. through 10:00 a.m. Monday June 15.
Registration: Reservations for Commencement Weekend 2015 Lodging will open on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, and will be accepted through Friday, May 15, space permitting. Please note that it is possible for all available rooms to sell out before the end of the registration period.

Eligibility: Guests of graduating students.
Rates:
Single: $89.00 per night (1 twin bed)
Double: $120.00 per night (2 twin beds)
Availability: The available nights are Friday, June 12, Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, with checkout Monday, June 15, 2015. Unreturned keys will be charged to the graduating senior. There is no available housing on or after June 15, 2015.
Service: Beds will be made upon arrival. Two towels, washcloth, soap and plastic cups are provided for each guest. Restrooms and showers are located down the hall or on another floor.
Guests will be staying in student rooms located in Stern Hall. Please note that a reservation guarantees housing for Commencement weekend but does not guarantee a specific room or a specific house within Stern. Please make sure that you and your guests will be comfortable with this dorm-style housing; the bathrooms and showers are down the hall (and in some cases on another floor), the dorms are NOT air-conditioned, and there are NO elevators in the buildings, only stairs. There is a single use ADA bathroom on the first floor of each residence. The beds will be made, but there is no daily cleaning service, no room service, and no in-room coffee maker. Meals are not available from the dining halls during Commencement Weekend. Please refer to the Local Eateries page for on-campus dining options. Parking is not available.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. A credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard only) will be required for payment.
Refunds: Cancellation requests received by Friday, May 29, 2015 will be fully refunded. Any cancellations after that date will not be refunded. Refunds will take up to two weeks to process. Please contact Morgan Neubert at hfdstern@stanford.edu or call 650-736-9985 to cancel.
Check-in: Keys must be picked up between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Friday June 12 at the Stern Housing Front Desk. The Stern Housing Front Desk will close at 9:00 p.m. The Housing Front Desk will not be open during Commencement weekend. It is possible to reserve rooms for Saturday or Sunday night only, but all keys must be picked up on Friday.
Check-out: Keys must be returned to the Stern Housing Front Desk by 10:00 a.m. Monday June 15.
Parking Permits: Please be aware that parking on campus will require parking permits that may be purchased by your graduating student prior to your arrival on campus. The Parking and Transportation office is closed on weekends. There is limited parking available on-campus. Please read parking signs carefully. From 4:00 p.m. Friday through 6:00 a.m. on Monday, A, C, and visitor parking is free but limited. The closest parking garage to Stern Hall is Parking Structure 6, located at 560 Wilbur Way, Stanford.
