The Parking Program provides a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of businesses, downtown employees, visitors, schools, and residents. Services include operation and maintenance of the city’s public parking facilities and on-street parking meters, and various parking compliance activities.

Parking compliance services support traffic safety, street cleanliness and maintenance activities, encourage turnover of on-street spaces in business districts; and enhance neighborhood quality-of-life through the removal of vehicles abandoned or stored in the public right-of-way.

The Parking Program also oversees the collection of fines from parking citations and the administrative review process for contested citations.
