Overview
Arastradero West Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students and couples without children. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom units. All apartments are furnished by the University.
Arastradero West Apartments is a quiet, gated community in a peaceful garden setting. It has an abundance of amenities, including underground gated parking, elevators, exercise room, club house, swimming pool, laundry facilities, and large balconies.
The apartments are spacious and have carpet and laminate flooring throughout. Each apartment has one assigned space in a gated under-building parking garage.
Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
