Overview

Oak Creek Apartments is available as an option for single graduate students, couples without children, and students with children. Single students are assigned to two-bedroom luxury apartments, which house either two or three graduate students. Couples are assigned to studios and 1-bedroom apartments, and families are assigned to two-bedroom apartments. These apartments are located just off the main campus on Sand Hill Road in a large complex with multiple buildings, secured lobbies, and interior corridors. Many amenities are included—a large heated lap pool, four swimming pools, an outdoor hot tub, a sauna and steam room, tennis courts, weight room, billiards room, and a small movie theater. Oak Creek has beautiful green landscaped grounds, graced with towering oak trees and easily accessible to bike paths and hiking trails.

The apartments have air conditioning, and each apartment has one assigned space in an under-building parking garage. There is additional uncovered parking readily available. There are also many organized activities and classes such as pizza nights, book clubs, creative writing workshops, yoga classes, Pilates classes, tennis tournaments, and more (some are offered at no charge, others require fees).

Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.

Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
