Professional Development Support from UHR

• Tuition & Training Programs
  Eligible employees can use STAP funds to pay for work-related training. STRP will reimburse them for courses taken that count towards a degree.
• Learning & Organizational Effectiveness
  UHR's L&OE department offers courses that help employees develop crucial workplace skills such as communication, conflict resolution, and customer service. Manages nomination and self-enrollment manager and leader development programs.
