Use Case Scenarios

At 2 a.m., Brian, a Clinical Assistant Professor, is awakened by his three-year-old daughter. Sara is crying uncontrollably, holding her ear, and obviously has a fever. After taking care of Sara, Brian lies awake and thinks about his upcoming day. Brian knows that Sara will not be able to attend pre-school in the morning, and he worries about how he will attend a mandatory meeting and meet his clinical responsibilities. His wife is away on a business trip until Friday, and their alternate caregiver is sick herself. Brian wonders how he will arrange care for his sick child until he can be home to take care of her.
