Part-Time MS Eligibility & Application Deadlines

Eligibility Requirements

In order to participate in the Honors Cooperative Program (Part-Time MS Program), applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be employed by a SCPD member company;
• Hold a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, or be anticipating conferral of the degree prior to the proposed start quarter.
  
  • International applicants should carefully review the International Academic Credentials requirements determined by Stanford's central Office of Graduate Admissions before starting an application.

Timelines & Deadlines

Applications for part-time study toward the MS degree via the Honors Cooperative Program are accepted for Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer quarters. Please see the table below for this year’s application deadlines:

*Students applying for Summer quarter must be enrolled Summer quarter

Please allow four (4) weeks after the application deadline for a decision. All decisions are sent to applicants via e-mail.

It is the EE department's policy not to grant deferrals for offers of admission unless the deferral request is related to medical, military, and/or visa issues (not caused by funding but delays in processing). All requests are subject to department review.
