Stanford faculty, staff, and students can — at no charge — use high-quality video conferencing services from any Internet-connected devices.

The deadlines for encrypting all computers used for Stanford business are approaching fast. University IT is providing tools that help IT staff and those they support meet these deadlines.

University IT recently enhanced Stanford's email filtering to prevent more spam, malware, and phishing attempts from reaching your inbox.

Stanford offices authorized to accept payment cards for services and products must comply with a set of requirements. We can help.

To help manage the increased space required for email and related attachments, faculty, staff, and students recently received a bump in their email quota.

Thanks to funding from 11 organizations across campus, University IT has negotiated an extension of Stanford's Enterprise License Agreement through August 2017.
