Email & Calendar

All undergraduate students plus some schools and departments  use Google Apps to access their @stanford.edu email and calendar.

Drive

Google Drive is a cloud storage service that is available to faculty, staff, and students. Google Drive is also the home of Google Docs.  Access files, folders and Google Docs from a web browser or any device on which Google Drive is installed.

Other Google Apps

Faculty, staff, and students with a full-service SUNet ID are eligible for a Stanford University Google Apps account. Use your account to access a suite of web-based  collaboration applications

Notice

Stanford University is adopting Google Apps for Education. While the agreement with Google allows undergraduate students to use Google email and calendar, it does not yet cover faculty and staff for use of Google's email and calendar apps.
