Saturday, May 14, 2022

The Women in Leadership conference brings together prospective students, current students, alumnae, faculty, and staff for a day of workshops, panel discussions, networking, and socializing.

Hosted by Stanford MBA Admissions and the Stanford GSB Women in Management Club, WiL highlights the strong, authentic community of women and allies at Stanford GSB who aim to build a supportive network and foster a more equitable and gender-mindful business world. In addition, WiL provides you with information around pursuing an MBA and the distinctive learning environment at Stanford GSB.

Sunday, May 15, 2022

Diversity in Leadership, known around campus as DiL, brings together prospective students from groups that are traditionally underrepresented in the MBA classroom. At DiL, you’ll learn more about the Stanford MBA experience through workshops, panel discussions, networking, and socializing with prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, and staff.

Who Should Attend

All are welcome! We are designing these events to help inform a diverse set of attendees by including panelists, students, and staff who have a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

These events are for anyone who is thinking about an MBA, including those who aren’t sure whether it is the right next step and those who are already planning to apply. Attendees will have a chance to learn more about Stanford GSB, the program, and admissions. Our hope is that these events will help you make an informed decision about what is the right next step to take.

Register for Free

There is no cost to register and attend the events. If however, you’re not able to attend, or find that your plans change, please click the “cancel registration” button in your event confirmation email so that we can open up your space to someone else.

Deadline: April 25, 2022

Transportation & Lodging

We do not cover transportation or lodging expenses for these events. Online events, which will cover similar topics, are available for those who live far away and are unable to make it to Stanford in person.

Virtual Events & Recordings

Can’t make it in person? We have you covered! This year, we’re leading up to these events with a month of virtual programming, workshops, and coffee chats for those of you who can’t be with us in person. These events will be very similar to what we will offer to those attending the in person event, so don’t worry if you can’t make it to campus in May.

While you miss seeing the actual campus, our goal is to allow you to experience Stanford GSB virtually with our online events. In those events, you’ll still have the opportunity to hear from and connect with students, alumni, and staff.

Virtual events will be added throughout April. We will send an email with registration information and post event registration links here and on our events page.

Our online events will be recorded and, once recorded, will be available on our YouTube channel.
