VTA is soliciting bids from a supplier to provide exterior bus body parts and panels as required for the repair and maintenance of the VTA bus fleet.
A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for August 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM PST at the following address:

Sealed bid are due at the address listed above on August 29, 2014 by 2:00 PM PST.
Addendum#1 was issued to correct Manufacturer Part# on VTA#107472 - August 8, 2014.
Updated the Bid Sheet to format the rounding to the nearest penny on the Bid Sheet - Updated August 14, 2014.
Addendum#2 was issued to add a new part to the Scope of Work and Bid Sheet; as well as providing the Questions submitted by vendors with VTA's Answers - Updated August 20, 2014
Addendum#3 was issued to extend the Equal Product Tech Sheet deadline to 2:00 PM PST on 8/29/14 and provide an answer to Question #2 - Updated August 22, 2014
Notice of Intent to Award (Posted 9/12/14) - This letter serves as notice that VTA intends to issue a contract to Gillig, LLC as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Any award is contingent on VTA Management and Board approval when required. While there is no guarantee of approval it is anticipated that an award will be made on October 1, 2014. |
