Nominations for the 2016 State of the City Community Awards are now being accepted. Nominations are due by 5 p.m., Friday, May 27.

 Please take this opportunity to recognize and honor outstanding contributions of the Sunnyvale community members. Award categories include:

· Outstanding High School Senior

· Outstanding Educator

· Outstanding Businessperson

· Outstanding Contribution to the Arts

· Outstanding Environmental Achievement

· Outstanding Community Volunteer

· Distinguished Resident

The Sunnyvale Mayor and City Councilmembers will present the awards during the annual State of the City event on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Sunnyvale Civic Center, 456 W. Olive Ave.
