Availability

Some housing options may not be available or may have limited availability, as this housing program is designed to fill vacancies remaining after enrolled students and housed conferences are accommodated. 

Length of Stay

There is a 21-night minimum stay. Length of stay cannot exceed the length of your Stanford affiliation by more than two days at either end of your stay.

Types of Housing

  • Studio apartments are for one person only
  • 1-bedroom apartments are for couples
  • 2-bedroom apartments are for families of up to four persons, but may also be used as overflow for couples
  • Private bedrooms within junior studio apartments and shared 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments are for one person

Please be aware that this housing does not offer all of the amenities of a hotel.

Utilities and use of laundry facilities are included in the nightly fees (except laundry is not included at Off Campus apartment complexes).

Smoking is not allowed in any building or within 30 feet of any building entrance.

No pets are allowed.

No long-term guests are allowed.

Depending on the housing location, summer guests can enjoy such amenities as common lounge areas, swimming pools, and fitness centers (some services and amenities are available on a fee basis).
