After a year and a half of planning, construction, and relocation work, SUL's operations in Redwood City are now fully up and running. Thanks to the Facilities team that worked hard to make this move as smooth as possible, and who continue to address the needs of users of the space.
Programs that have relocated to the new offices, which are located at 425 Broadway in Redwood City, include HighWire Press, Stanford University Press, LOCKSS, the Stanford Media Preservation Lab, Preservation's labs, and Special Collections' Manuscripts team.New tracking procedures have been implemented in the mailroom to ensure the security of collections, particularly special collections, moving between main campus and Redwood City. Please coordinate with and work through the Green Library mailroom staff if you need to send materials to any of those departments, either from campus or from offsite.
Though the moves are complete, we continue to make adjustments as we settle in to the new building. For any questions regarding access to or concerns around the Redwood City facility, please contact Facilities: sulair-facilities@lists.stanford.edu.
