HighWire Press, Inc. is delighted to announce the appointment of Umesh Singh as Chief Financial Officer. Umesh is a well respected financial executive with over 25 years of experience in software and technology businesses.

Mr. Singh comes to HighWire from Vendavo, where he was Chief Financial Officer (CFO), focused on providing pricing intelligence and optimization for B2B companies. Prior to that, Umesh was CFO at Junction Solutions, and Aprimo, Inc. Umesh was also a Senior VP of Finance at Ariba where he helped the company transform into a Software as a Service company and become a leader in electronic commerce. Umesh started his career with IBM where he held various positions of increasing responsibility in sales, pricing, business and financial planning, and operations. He holds an M.S. degree in Physical Chemistry from University of Bombay (now Mumbai) India, and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University, N.J. He also has a CPA certification.
