Nurses manage:

- Removal of stitches
- Wound care
- Blood pressure checks
- Weight and vitals checks
- Pregnancy test
Clinicians, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants manage most routine illnesses and injuries, such as:
- Respiratory illness, including asthma, ear problems, allergies
- Gastrointestinal (stomach) illnesses
- Sprains and strains
- Infections, including travel-related illnesses
- Lacerations (cuts)
- Headaches
