What is Stress Less @ Stanford?

Stress Less @ Stanford is a low-level community-based intervention, targeting stress that impacts the well-being and overall health of Stanford Students.  The Stress Less intervention provides access through:

  1. A mobile resource unit utilizing multiple resources including books, pamphlets, phone, tablet applications and workbooks
  2. Encouraging and promoting self-care and focusing specifically on the domains that affect students including general stress, performance anxiety, social anxiety and relationship stress
