The Housing Division is responsible for the administration of the City’s federally funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Below Market-Rate (BMR) Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) Program, General Fund Human Service Grants (HSG) Program and other contracted affordable housing programs and services that serve low and moderate-income households.
