Fay oversees the compensation and benefits programs at the foundation.
Before joining the human resources team, Fay worked in the foundation’s finance/accounting department. Prior to that, she worked in various accounting, payroll and human resources positions at the Academy of Art University, the law firm of Graham & James LLP and several dot-coms. Her professional affiliations include memberships in the Society for Human Resources Management, Northern California Human Resources Association, American Payroll Association and WorldatWork.
Fay earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
