Kingsley leads strategy and M&A at Met Group, an Integrated Energy Company with operations in infrastructure assets, energy sales, and commodity wholesale and trading. He spent 12 years in energy investment banking at UBS and Deutsche Bank, based in London. While there, he worked on $30 billion of transactions in mergers and acquisitions (acquisitions, disposals, JVs/partnerships, and defense) and capital markets (IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, bonds, capital structure, and capital allocation policy analyses) in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Kingsley is passionate about education and the arts. He sits on the board of the Hackney Empire Theatre and was previously a governor at Christchurch Primary School.
