FASA (Faculty Academic Staff Appointments)
Using FASA
Stanford University's Faculty Academic Staff Appointments web form system must be used for:
The professoriate and emeritus faculty for these types of transactions:
- Add a department, school, or policy center/institute affiliation
- Extend an appointment
- Change the percent time of appointment
- Provide notice of a resignation, retirement, termination, death
- Recall Emeriti (FRIP and non-FRIP)
The clinican educator and all other teaching title faculty for all transcations except:
- Changes in duties
- Salary changes
