The American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA) is pleased to announce that the Journal of Dental Hygiene (JDH) has launched on the HighWire Open Platform.

The Journal of Dental Hygiene is the premier, peer-reviewed scientific research publication for dental hygienists. Starting in 2013, as part of the transition to HighWire, JDH will begin publishing six issues per year. http://jdh.adha.org

"Our members have asked for a more connected Journal experience. They need to be able to read the latest dental hygiene research anytime, anywhere. And with HighWire, we have found just that," said Josh Snyder, ADHA Staff Editor. "HighWire offers us a stable, always-on service, allowing our members to better utilize JDH online. Working with the HighWire team on this project has been a great experience for me; the transition went smoothly, and I am really excited to share this with all of our members."

"We look forward to sharing our long standing record of innovations and insights in online publishing with the ADHA, so that they can continue to serve their readers," said Tom Rump, HighWire's Managing Director. "The versatility and flexibility of the HighWire Open Platform will be instrumental in allowing the ASHA to achieve their goals."
