 Building Operations & Maintenance (O&M) is responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds occupied by the Stanford School of Medicine. We are responsible for such items as janitorial, pest control, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire systems, general building maintenance, and supporting SOM faculty and staff needs.
