Scope of Work
The 1651 Page Mll Building will be designed to house School of Medicine programs associated with Technology and Innovation development. The 1651 Page Mill Renovation Project is intended to be a generically designed lab building for molecular biology. The building will programmed with research laboratories, support facilities and administrative space for the purpose of accommodating School of Medicine research programs. Substantial space recapture is anticipated due to the current inefficient lab and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design of this building.
