Sand Hill Place apartments are available as full-year option for single graduate students. Furnished by the University, these two-bedroom apartments house two students.

Sand Hill Place has a swimming pool and off-street parking. The complex is located one mile east of Highway 280 in Menlo Park, very close to the Sharon Heights shopping center, which offers a grocery store, drug store, bakery, coffee shop, and café. Easy access via Sand Hill Road to Highway 280, the Stanford Medical Center, and the Stanford Shopping Center.

Stanford provides wireless DSL and utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.

If you are assigned here and are interested in housing on campus, please file a reassignment request. The reassignment request form can be found within the Housing and Dining section of Axess under the tab “Apply for Reassignment'. There is no fee to be reassigned to on-campus housing and assignments are made based on the date you submit your reassignment request.

Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
