Seven Oaks Apartments are available as an academic-year option for single graduate students. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom and three-bedroom units and couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom units. Furnished by the University, each two-bedroom apartment houses two students and each three-bedroom apartment houses three students.

Seven Oaks is a quiet community located in the Sharon Heights area of Menlo Park. The complex has underground gated parking, elevators, interior corridors, and a swimming pool.

The apartments are spacious and have a balcony or patio. Units have been renovated and have upscale kitchens and baths, as well as wood laminate flooring. Each apartment has one assigned space in an under-building parking garage. Stanford provides wireless internet and utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.

If you are assigned here and are interested in housing on campus, please file a reassignment request. The reassignment request form can be found within the Housing and Dining section of Axess (now located at the bottom of the main Axess page under Academic External Links) under the tab 'Apply for Reassignment'. There is no fee to be reassigned to on-campus housing and assignments are made based on the date you submit your reassignment request.

Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
