As a public service, the Stanford Department of Public Safety is hosting a collection site for the Drug Enforcement Agency’s National Take-Back Initiative for prescription drugs.

On Friday, April 25, from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., and Saturday April 26, from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M., prescription and over-the-counter medications can be dropped off in the lobby of the Police Department, located at 711 Serra Street, next to the Fire Department.

Liquid and solid medications will be accepted, and all medications collected at this event will be destroyed. No injectable solutions, needles, or medical sharps can be accepted. For questions, contact Vince Bergado at vincent.bergado@stanford.edu.
